- Collaborate with Head of High School and coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery
- Participate in design, development, implementation, and review of MYP and DP curriculum

- Promote health and safety of High School classes
- Engage in professional development and contribute to staff training and meetings
- Foster team spirit and build connections with colleagues

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
- Qualified teacher status appropriate to the teaching duties
- Experience with IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Sciences and Diploma Programme (DP) in Physics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High level understanding of current research on how students learn
- Ability to inspire students of varying backgrounds through differentiated instruction
- Capability to support student needs in learning and pastoral matters
- Awareness of Understanding by Design and Assessment for Learning principles
- Effective time management skills

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent
