Job Summary
Manage Tier 2 advisory support for employees and managers across total rewards, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Support HR Tier 3 and Centers of Excellence with enterprise initiatives while developing expertise across major HR functions.
Manage service delivery and contribute to the operation of a global HR Service Center location.
Principal Responsibilities
- Allocate HR Service Center resources across operational work and strategic projects with COEs, HRBPs, and HR leadership.
- Lead regional team members delivering employee relations, talent, total rewards, payroll, and HR data support.
- Provide guidance on policies, employee relations cases, coaching, counseling, termination procedures, and employee data records.
- Partner with Talent COE and managers on postings, requisitions, checks, offers, onboarding, learning programs, and performance management.
- Administer merit, benefits counseling, communications, enrollment, benefits compliance, regional payroll, and variable compensation processes.
