Position Overview
Support the ongoing evolution of the Workday system as an HRIS subject matter expert.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure scalable solutions, provide day-to-day support, and ensure data integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable system solutions.
- Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and documentation for Workday functionality and enhancements.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system issues and defects.
- Provide day-to-day Workday support for a global user base, including tickets, audits, and EIB data uploads.
- Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Optimize processes using Workday capabilities and share insights on system updates and best practices.
- Create process documentation, training sessions, and system communications.
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience is required.
- Experience in at least three Workday modules, selected from Integrations, Core HCM, Absence and Time Off, Advanced Compensation, Recruitment, Reporting, Security, and Talent.
- Solid understanding of human resources processes and concepts.
