Role Overview
Support the development, training, and performance evaluation of a VVIP Palace hospitality team in Qatar.
The position is within luxury hospitality and requires a hospitality background.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer training programs for Palace hospitality staff.
- Maintain confidential and accurate training and employee records.
- Organize training schedules, assessments, evaluations, and competency checks.
- Monitor performance against established luxury hospitality standards.
- Prepare training reports, evaluation summaries, and performance documentation.
- Coordinate with trainers, department heads, and management.
- Support continuous improvement in service quality and guest experience.
- Ensure training reflects VVIP hospitality, etiquette, grooming, and service excellence standards.
Requirements
- Hospitality background is essential.
- Previous experience in training administration, learning and development, or hospitality operations.
- Experience in five-star hotels, luxury hospitality, private residences, VIP or VVIP service, or Palace environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards, service etiquette, and professional grooming.
