Amihan Human Resources is looking for professional and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join a hospitality and food & beverage operation in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Handle assigned tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of F&B service experience.
- Hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and reliable.
