Amihan Human Resources is looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join a hospitality kitchen operation in Qatar.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section and ensuring consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Monitor food quality and proper storage.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant culinary experience.
- Proven experience handling a designated kitchen section.
- Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to food quality and hygiene standards.
