Job Summary
Amihan Human Resources is hiring Kitchen Stewards for a hospitality operation in Qatar.
The successful candidates will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, work areas, and dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, and food preparation areas.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support duties.
- Properly handle and dispose of kitchen waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the kitchen supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
