Requirements
- Higher education in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in HR, HR administration or recruitment
- Fluency in Russian and Chinese languages
- Experience living and working in China, preferably Shanghai
- Deep understanding of Chinese business culture and HR practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate to Shanghai
- English language is desirable
