Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns, supporting investigations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and HR systems while ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
- Coordinate and support the performance management cycle, including appraisals, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
- Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards across the business
- Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall HR service delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient execution of HR operations and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, covering recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HR systems
