- Serve as primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and inquiries
- Coordinate the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and employment documentation
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring employee records, workflows, permissions, and organizational data remain accurate
- Support managers with employee documentation, policy interpretation, and day to day HR guidance
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation while supporting compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 5 years of progressive HR experience including HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Experience administering HRIS platforms; familiarity with Paylocity highly desirable
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Role Overview
- HR Specialist role supporting full employee lifecycle in a fully remote, fast paced environment.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general employment related inquiries.
- Coordinate the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, exit interviews, and employment documentation.
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring employee records, workflows, permissions, and organizational data remain accurate and up to date.
- Support managers with employee documentation, policy interpretation, and day to day HR guidance.
- Monitor HR processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support informed business decisions.
- Develop executive ready presentations summarizing key HR metrics, trends, and organizational insights.
- Maintain personnel files and HR documentation while supporting compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to promote a positive, compliant, and employee centered workplace culture.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information and HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience administering HRIS platforms; familiarity with Paylocity is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance practices; multi state workforce experience is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
- Professional HR certifications (such as SHRM CP or PHR), experience in high growth or technology environments, workforce analytics expertise, or familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency are considered valuable assets.
