Qualifications and experience
- Any graduation qualification is required.
- The role requires one to three years of professional experience.
- Strong HR operations knowledge across the hire-to-retire lifecycle is required.
- Candidates should be able to manage service levels, quality, customer experience, compliance, governance, and process adherence.
- The role requires analytical ability, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage HR transactions while maintaining service-level quality and accuracy.
- Handle employee queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and audit control requirements.
- Work with peers, leads, and stakeholders to deliver HR service operations.
- Escalate risks and issues proactively and ensure closure.
