Role Overview
HR Reporting Specialist focused on transforming employee and HR data into accurate, useful reports and dashboards.
The role supports management decision-making through HR analytics, KPIs, workforce trends, and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with data and reporting rather than a general HR professional.
Location and Employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time, permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create automated and dynamic Google Sheets and Excel reports and trackers.
- Consolidate HR data from different sources and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, recruitment, payroll, and workforce trends.
- Build management dashboards with KPIs and actionable insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Automate manual reporting processes and work with HR and management on reporting requirements.
- Maintain HR reporting databases, ensure confidentiality, create customized management reports, and monitor HR KPIs.
