The HR Reporting Specialist transforms HR data into accurate reports and dashboards that support management decision-making.
The role is intended for a hands-on data and reporting specialist rather than a general HR professional.
Employment and Location
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI HR dashboards and create automated Google Sheets and Excel reports and trackers.
- Consolidate HR data, maintain reporting databases, and ensure accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely delivery.
- Report on headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, recruitment, payroll, workforce trends, and HR KPIs.
- Analyse trends and gaps, automate manual reporting, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Work with HR and management on reporting requirements and create customised reports for business leaders.
Requirements
- At least three years of HR reporting, HR analytics, or HR data management experience is required.
- Strong Power BI, advanced Google Sheets, and strong Excel skills are required.
- Experience with HRIS or HR databases and automated reporting and dashboard creation is required.
- Candidates need knowledge of HR metrics, employee lifecycle data, data confidentiality, and HR information security.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
