- We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people focused HR & Recruitment Resourcer to support the day to day HR activities within our Dubai office while assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of field based and operational staff across the UK.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting with visa, residency, and employment administration.
- Coordinating annual leave, absence records, and employee files.
- Supporting employee relations and general HR enquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE employment regulations.
- Assisting management with HR reporting and administration.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Resourcing
- Advertising vacancies across job boards and recruitment platforms.
- Screening CVs and identifying suitable candidates.
- Conducting initial telephone interviews and candidate assessments.
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Performing reference checks and pre employment screening.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns for UK engineering and operational roles.
- Working closely with UK operations managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or office support.
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional, confidential, and trustworthy.
- Comfortable working with recruitment systems, Microsoft Office, and online job platforms.
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, or HR administration is advantageous but not essential.

- Salary of 5,000 AED per month.
