- Previous experience as a receptionist, executive assistant, or office administrator

- Professional appearance and communication style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced office environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems

- Working Hours: UK Shift (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturdays)

Role Overview
- This is a dual function role combining front of house reception duties with executive and office administration support.
- You will be responsible for managing the office environment, handling communications, supporting senior management, and ensuring the office operates smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience as a receptionist, executive assistant, or office administrator.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems.
What We Offer
- Salary: 5,000 AED per month (basic)
