About Us
We are a growing international operations business supporting UK-based energy and engineering services.
Our Dubai office plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, coordination, and executive support.
We are now seeking a professional, organised, and confident **Executive Administrator** to be the front face of our Dubai office and provide high-level administrative support.
Role Overview
This is a dual-function role combining **front-of-house reception duties** with **executive and office administration support**.
You will be responsible for managing the office environment, handling communications, supporting senior management, and ensuring the office operates smoothly and professionally at all times.
Reception & Front-Of-House
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Greeting visitors and coordinating meeting room usage.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Executive & Office Administration
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior management.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating diaries.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations when required.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing office supplies, vendors, and general office administration.
- Supporting HR and operations with onboarding documentation and coordination.
- Assisting with travel bookings, expenses, and internal coordination tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a receptionist, executive assistant, or office administrator.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and communication style.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems.
What We Offer
- **Salary:** 5,000 AED per month (basic)
