Job Summary
The HR & Recruitment Executive will manage high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR queries professionally.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll, insurance, visa or work permit, and other HR processes.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other documentation.
- Support HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR or recruitment systems.
- Employee relations experience of 3 years is required.
- Recruitment experience of 3 years is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
