About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for roles across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Support teams
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with business expansion across the GCC
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting
- Work closely with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements
- Execute HR tasks and initiatives as directed by the reporting manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience, with strong focus on recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, scaling environment

Role Overview
- This is a recruitment focused HR role, where a major portion of your responsibility will be to identify, attract, and hire top talent across departments.
- You will also support day to day HR operations based on business needs and management direction.
