- Leverage AI tools and visual platforms such as PowerPoint and Canva to support recruitment initiatives
- Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates through online channels and other professional networks
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Support in other recruitment related documentation
- Liaise with candidates to provide updates, collect documents, and answer queries
- Support pre employment checks including reference verification and background screening
- Conduct and mark company assessments (aptitude and general written assessment)
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles, preferably in recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (preferred)

Job Purpose
- The Recruiting Associate Analyst plays a key role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
