- Maintain performance management policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on the performance management process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Performance Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
