We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Performance Analyst** to support the monitoring and improvement of employee performance across the company.
This role will work closely with management and team leaders to track employee performance, identify concerns, support follow-up actions, and help ensure that performance standards are met across departments.
The ideal candidate should have a **strong HR mindset,** good communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.

Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee performance across departments
- Prepare regular performance reports and summaries for management
- Follow up on KPIs, attendance, productivity, and behavioral concerns
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding employee performance matters
- Support the implementation of performance reviews and evaluation processes
- Maintain accurate employee performance records and related documentation
- Support HR in administrative and operational employee matters linked to performance management
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee data and sensitive information
Your Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR, employee relations, performance management, or HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- Open to learning and working with AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
