Job Description
We are a French company based in Dubai looking to immediately hire an **HR / PAYROLL OFFICER.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR operations and payroll processes efficiently, with proven ability to handle 130+ staff.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate closely with finance, administration, and project teams for payroll inputs and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements across HR and payroll functions.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR and payroll within a large UAE onshore company (construction experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- **Strong knowledge of payroll systems, WPS, and UAE labor laws.**
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform well under pressure
