Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Review payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, overtime, and deductions
- Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll execution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, social insurance requirements, and company policies
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation as required
- Manage employee payroll related inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle transactions
- Process employment letters, salary certificates, and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping records for payroll purposes
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Administration, or a similar role
- Experience processing payroll for medium to large employee populations is preferred
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems

Role Overview
- The HR Operations Specialist (Payroll) is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Review payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, overtime, and deductions.

Requirements
