Job Overview

  • The Brand Supervisor is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and coordinating marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • The role works closely with Operations, Creative, Digital Marketing, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand performance and customer perception.
  • Support the execution of annual brand plans and marketing calendars.
  • Maintain brand identity across branches, digital platforms, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare post campaign reports.
  • Ensure marketing materials are available across all branches.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Cross functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations to support new store openings, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for branding materials.
  • Ensure branches comply with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collect customer insights and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities Digital & Social Media Support

  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on content and campaigns.
  • Review marketing assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support influencer and partnership initiatives when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Brand Operations.
  • Experience in Restaurants, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, or Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
