  • Aofgroup is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing automation, CRM integration, and data management processes.
  • Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance data and generate insights to inform decision making.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for marketing operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
