- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies regarding employment practices
- Develop and implement training and development programs; monitor employee performance and provide necessary support
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage onboarding for office and site staff, including document verification and joining formalities
- Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
- Manage payroll processing, salary advances and accurate payroll deductions across the board
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage payroll processing, salary advances and accurate payroll deductions across the board
- Experience in HR operations within construction or similar industry
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws and company policies
- Experience in employee relations, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Experience in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
