About the Role
Bartawi General Contracting is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations in Dubai. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Lead high volume recruitment for blue collar positions such as laborers, drivers, technicians, operators, etc.
- Recruit white collar employees across various business functions, including engineering, administration, finance, and support departments
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with local and international manpower agencies for blue collar recruitment
- Evaluate recruitment agencies, negotiate terms, and monitor recruitment timelines and candidate quality
- Coordinate visa documentation, mobilization, and onboarding of overseas hires
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and process improvements
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the construction or contracting industry
- Proven experience recruiting both blue collar and white collar employees
- Strong experience working with manpower supply agencies and overseas recruitment partners
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience coordinating recruitment from overseas, including documentation and mobilization
- Strong interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast paced environment
