About the Role

  • Global Fluorine Chemical Factory is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Chinese HR Officer to support the company’s human resources functions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee administration, attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Handle employee on boarding and maintain personnel records.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR related documentation.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Support employee relations and address HR related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and other HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Chinese national.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of UAE labor laws will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
