- Handle employee on boarding and maintain personnel records
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR related documentation
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents
- Assist in payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations
- Support employee relations and address HR related inquiries
- Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and other HR initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Chinese national
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of UAE labor laws will be an advantage

About the Role
- Global Fluorine Chemical Factory is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Chinese HR Officer to support the company’s human resources functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee administration, attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
