Role Overview
Support the organization's day-to-day human resources operations.
The role covers recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, attendance and leave, employee records, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and related HR records.
- Support monthly payroll processing with accurate employee information.
- Handle employee queries about policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and employment matters.
- Support onboarding, probation reviews, transfers, promotions, offboarding, performance management, and appraisals.
- Assist with disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, insurance, benefits, and other employee requirements where applicable.
- Prepare HR reports, employee statistics, and management reports.
Role Requirements
- Knowledge of human resources operations, recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll support.
- Ability to manage employment documentation and confidential HR information.
