AL MOFTAH ALDHABI BUILDING CONTRACTING LLC is urgently hiring an Architectural Draftsman.
The role requires at least 3 years of draftsman experience and immediate joining preference.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Analyze building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Create technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Produce drawings incorporating exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and construction details.
- Print CAD drawing schematics for project stakeholders.
- Enter CAD data into BIM systems to create 3D models and renderings.
- Modify existing designs as needed.
- Prepare charts and records using CAD and conventional drafting techniques.
- Visit construction sites to take measurements and calculate dimensions.
- Collaborate with architects and construction engineers to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Keep abreast of developments and technologies in architectural design.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of draftsman experience is required.
- English proficiency is required.
- Candidates should be able to prepare accurate CAD drawings and interpret architectural sketches and specifications.
- Candidates should be able to use BIM systems for 3D models and renderings.
- Candidates should be able to take site measurements and calculate dimensions.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting work.
Employment Type
The position is full-time.
