Company and Role Context

Laith Al Obaidi Group operates in the automotive and car trading industry.

The role is within the Human Resources department in Dubai, UAE.

The position supports daily HR operations, company policy implementation, employee services, and UAE Labour Law compliance.

HR Administration and Recruitment

  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR databases, contracts, letters, forms, and employee documentation.
  • Handle employee HR inquiries and support recruitment from vacancy through hiring.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain recruitment records.

Onboarding, Attendance, and Leave

  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, joining documentation, employee clearance, exit procedures, and exit interviews.
  • Monitor attendance, working hours, lateness, absence, overtime, leave records, and leave balances.
  • Prepare attendance and leave reports and ensure compliance with company leave policies and UAE Labour Law.

Payroll and Employee Relations

  • Coordinate payroll updates for joiners, resignations, salary changes, deductions, overtime, and unpaid leave.
  • Verify payroll data and supporting documentation with the Finance or Payroll team.
  • Support employee relations and disciplinary matters while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

Compliance and Government Coordination

  • Support visa, work permit, medical insurance, and employee-related government procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate with relevant external HR service providers when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of HR experience; UAE experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The stated salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000.
