Role Overview
The HR Officer supports recruitment, candidate sourcing, hiring coordination, staffing strategy, and HR documentation.
The role focuses on building candidate pipelines and delivering positive, well-organized hiring processes.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Provide input to build diverse, qualified teams and support staffing needs with a long-term strategy.
- Develop sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to build applicant pipelines.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and selection criteria with hiring managers.
- Source applicants through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions aligned with position requirements.
- Assess CVs, portfolios, and references and prepare suitable candidate lists.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintain interview notes, recruitment materials, and related records for stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least two years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation is required.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other free portals for candidate sourcing is required.
