- Ensure organizational compliance across all HR functions, including employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat), payroll and Wage Protection System adherence, employee records (Qiwa, GOSI), leave and benefits administration, and lawful handling of disciplinary actions and terminations
- Establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure occupational health and safety compliance
- Manage recruitment in line with national regulations (including expatriate employment requirements)
- Oversee employee relations and grievance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands on expertise in Saudi Labor Law and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development
