- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using patient history, biochemical data, and lifestyle factors
- Create personalized meal plans tailored to individual health goals, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences
- Offer nutritional counseling for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and gastrointestinal disorders
- Monitor feeding tolerance and adjust enteral/parenteral nutrition regimens as needed
- Deliver educational workshops and awareness campaigns on topics like vitamin deficiencies, food cravings, and healthy eating
- Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure integrated patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
- Valid DOH license
- Proven experience as a Dietitian (clinical experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred

- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized diet and nutrition plans
- Provide dietary counseling for weight management, medical conditions, and lifestyle improvement
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and disease prevention
- Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
- Valid DOH license
- Proven experience as a Dietitian (clinical experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a medical team
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
