Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic wellness programs including lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments
- Conduct client assessments within scope and obtain informed consent where applicable
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols and maintain accurate session documentation
- Guide clients on lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques
- Ensure safe operation of wellness equipment and coordinate with medical teams when required
- Protect client confidentiality in alignment with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law
Requirements
- Relevant certification or degree in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or related field
- Hands on expertise in wellness, preventive health, and non medical therapeutic services
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of health & wellness principles including lifestyle management and behavior change strategies
- Effective communication skills in Arabic and English
- Understanding of exercise physiology and experience designing activity plans
- Experience in healthcare, fitness centers, corporate wellness, or community health programs is an advantage

Role Overview
- This role is for a reputable clinic in Riyadh.
- The Wellness Coach must possess relevant qualifications and hands on expertise in wellness, preventive health, and non medical therapeutic services.
- Responsibility for delivering holistic wellness programs (including lifestyle coaching, recovery therapies, and relaxation treatments) in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper client assessment within scope, obtain informed consent where applicable, adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, maintain accurate session documentation, and protect client confidentiality.
- Guide clients on lifestyle improvement, stress management, and recovery techniques.
- Ensure safe operation of wellness equipment, coordinate with medical teams when required, and contribute to a premium client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of health & wellness principles, including lifestyle management, preventive health, and behavior change strategies.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Understanding of exercise physiology and practical experience designing safe, evidence based activity plans.
- Relevant certification or degree in wellness, exercise science, sports science, nutrition, public health, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, fitness centers, corporate wellness, or community health programs is an advantage.
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a client centered approach.
- Arabic/English Speaker.
