Lead HR operations in the employer’s Jeddah office.
Oversee payroll, HR systems, operational efficiency, compliance, and HR strategy.
Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and optimize the HR module in the company’s ERP system.
- Develop and implement policies aligned with Saudi labor regulations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate performance management, training, and development programs.
- Advise leadership on employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive HR experience, including two years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in HR payroll processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience managing an ERP-based HR system.
- Strong operations management and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
- Experience in a multinational company in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with performance management and talent development frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting tools.
