- Establish departmental KPIs, KRAs, and performance measurement systems
- Lead end to end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Develop workforce planning and manpower forecasting strategies
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluations
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Implement and optimize HR systems and HRMS platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Minimum 4+ years of HR experience in UAE
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory, team leader, or managerial HR role
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience in Home Maintenance, Facility Management, or related service industry (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
