- Develop, schedule, and conduct technical, management, and interpersonal skills training to improve employee performance
- Prepare reports and update medical, insurance, retirement, and other personnel forms and records
- Create and maintain an updated HR manual
- Manage and develop the HR Team
- Prepare the proposed budget for human resources management at the beginning of each year
- Create an effective talent attraction and retention plan
- Develop human resource management plans for employment succession program
- Build a training and development plan alongside operational training manuals
- Maintain and constantly update the HR systems and database
- Oversee employee on boarding and recruitment process
- Keep up to date with market trends to understand compensation, benefits and performance management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience within the hotel and/or hospitality industry
- Solid understanding of HR labour laws and practices in UAE
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High energy with a passion for building relationships
- Passion for the F&B industry
- Ability to work at a senior level and build HR strategy to support business expansion
- Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous

Overview
- Food People have partnered with a leading hospitality operator in their search for a HR Manager to join their team based in UAE.
- The role will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes with a focus on employee engagement.
- It will report into the C Suite team and will support business needs to ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- This is a function owning role.
Key Responsibilities
