Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's people and culture strategy.
  • Lead cultural integration and change management initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Build a unified organizational identity and strengthen employee engagement.
  • Drive performance culture initiatives and ensure successful adoption across the business.
  • Transform HR into a strategic business partnering function.
  • Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Implement modern HR technologies and AI enabled solutions to enhance capability and efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Strengthen HR governance, policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop HR analytics and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision making.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to deliver best in class people services.

Key Ingredients

  • UAE National.
  • Extensive senior HR leadership experience within large and complex organizations.
  • Strong experience leading cultural transformation and integration initiatives.
  • Background within Food Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods or similar sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Experience managing large workforces across multiple locations.
  • Proven success in building high performing HR teams and strategic business partnering capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development and succession planning.
  • Experience implementing HR technology and AI driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership and board environments.
  • Commercially minded with a strong focus on execution and business impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver transformational initiatives.
