Requirements
- UAE National
- Extensive senior HR leadership experience within large and complex organizations
- Strong experience leading cultural transformation and integration initiatives
- Background within Food Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods or similar sectors is highly advantageous
- Experience managing large workforces across multiple locations
- Proven success in building high performing HR teams and strategic business partnering capabilities
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development and succession planning
- Experience implementing HR technology and AI driven solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to executive leadership and board environments
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on execution and business impact
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver transformational initiatives
