HR Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services from employee joining through contract expiry.
• Manage onboarding and induction for all new hires.
• Support HR systems, processes, records, and compliance administration.
• Manage expatriate employment processes and provide occasional relocation support.
• Improve workforce administration, compensation, benefits, performance, talent, and training processes.
• Support other regional teams when needed.

Key Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist capacity.
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is required; broader MENA knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with visas, immigration policies, employment types, and related procedures.
• Experience working with external vendors.
• Results-focused mindset and ability to work in dynamic environments.
• English and Ukrainian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
