Key Responsibilities

• Manage global partner engagement for transfer pricing support, including task assignment, deliverable coordination, and timeline tracking.
• Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and reporting across the Group.
• Monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and report material deviations to management.
• Lead assessments of the impact of Pillar 2 requirements and identify potential tax risks.
• Support changes to internal processes and corporate structure arising from international tax requirements.
• Support setup and incorporation of new Group companies in foreign jurisdictions.
• Ensure tax and corporate compliance for Group companies outside Ukraine.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation.
• Experience in consulting or a large international holding company with a complex multi-country structure is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Pillar 2, and OECD GloBE Rules.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing requirements across jurisdictions and financial analysis.
• English proficiency at B2 or above and confidence in an international environment.
• Attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and a holistic approach are required.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian is preferred.
