Role Overview
The company is seeking a data analytics specialist to build automated reports and pipelines and help the business make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and retrieve data from databases, ERP systems, Google Sheets, and APIs.
- Clean and transform data through data cleaning and wrangling.
- Create reports and dashboards.
- Select effective visualizations to communicate information.
- Provide operational support for ad hoc departmental requests and report consumers.
- Document analysis methodologies, data sources, and KPI calculation logic.
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual operational work using ETL tools or BI schedulers.
Requirements
- Write complex SQL queries using joins, common table expressions, and window functions.
- Design and implement reliable ETL and data pipeline processes into a data warehouse or data lake.
- Have experience with Google BigQuery and Databricks.
- Demonstrate data storytelling, presentation structuring, and business communication skills.
- Have knowledge of Power BI.
- Use SQL, Power BI, Google BigQuery, Databricks, and Python.
