Key Responsibilities

• Manage global engagement with partners supporting transfer pricing, including task assignment, deliverable coordination, and timeline management.
• Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and reporting across the Group.
• Monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and report material deviations to management.
• Lead assessment of Pillar 2 and OECD GloBE requirements, including tax risks and necessary process or corporate structure changes.
• Support incorporation of new Group companies in foreign jurisdictions.
• Ensure ongoing tax and corporate compliance for Group companies outside Ukraine.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation, ideally in consulting or a complex international holding company.
• Strong understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Pillar 2 / GloBE Rules, and transfer pricing requirements across jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of financial analysis.
• Attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and a holistic approach.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and confidence working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian is preferred.
