The Role
- The HR Manager will oversee all core Human Resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance, and HR operations.
- Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will ensure that HR practices effectively support business objectives while fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience, including management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Experience leading HR teams within a corporate environment.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR would be advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is considered an advantage.
