Overview

  • The HR Intern will work closely with the People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team to support day to day HR operations and administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • The role provides exposure to various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and reporting.
  • This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their HR knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day to day HR administrative and operational activities.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding activities, including preparing employee documents and coordinating onboarding requirements.
  • Help prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and other employee related correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining HR data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate to strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
