Responsibilities
- Support day to day HR administrative and operational activities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing employee documents and coordinating onboarding requirements
- Help prepare HR letters, certificates, employment documents, and other employee related correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Support the HR team in preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining HR data
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate to strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Overview
- The HR Intern will work closely with the People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team to support day to day HR operations and administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- The role provides exposure to various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and reporting.
- This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their HR knowledge and gain practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
