About the Role
Raytheon Saudi Arabia seeks a summer intern to join the HR Business Partner team in Riyadh. The intern will assist with orientation, HR reporting, stakeholder coordination, and employee queries.

- Assist with conducting orientation sessions for new joiners, and liaising with functions to prepare for cross functional orientation week
- Supporting the HRBP in preparation of various HR reports to support ongoing HR activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on action items, and building relations with HRBP stakeholders
- Responding directly to employee’s queries and providing basic HR support on various matters or direct them appropriately
- Supporting HR Partners on ongoing HR Projects as required
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Student GPA should be (3+ out of 4) or (4+ out of 5)
- An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams
- Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment

Role Summary
- Raytheon Saudi Arabia is looking for a summer intern to join our HR Business Partner team at the Riyadh office.
- The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that will work closely with our function partners and leadership.
- This position will provide HR support to RSA’s functions / projects.
- The role is created for Human Resources / Business Administration studies students with an interest in gaining experience in a dynamic and fast paced work environment for a short period of time.
What You Will Do
