- Support LinkedIn headhunting/sourcing for open roles (Boolean search, building candidate longlists)
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Contact candidates for evaluation
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Collect and organize candidate documents
- Support recruitment processes from start to finish
- Assist in general HR tasks and daily operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes, especially recruitment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn / LinkedIn Recruiter (a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee data
- Self starter, able to work independently after initial training
