- Assist in end to end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Follow up on HR related requests such as onboarding documentation, reference checks, and employee information updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions
- Help with HR administrative tasks, including maintaining files, preparing reports, and supporting HR projects as needed
- Learn and adhere to company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using HR databases
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in supporting HR functions
