HR Generalist - Recruitment (Onboarding & Agencies)

Overview

• EIFM is looking for an HR Generalist – Recruitment with strong experience in bulk hiring, agency coordination, and blue-collar recruitment.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and are fully integrated into the company culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and managing their performance.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of applicants.

Purpose & Scope

(Education & Experience)

• Graduation in Similar field preferred.
• Required 4-8 years’ experience in related field

• Proficient in software (i.e. Advance MS Excel, HRIS, ERP, VBA, MS Word)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational roles
• Manage bulk hiring & recruitment agencies
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests & onboarding
• Experience in FM / Construction / Security preferred
• Strong UAE recruitment exposure
• Fast-paced, target-driven mindset
