Citadel HMC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manage recruitment client accounts as the primary point of contact for hiring needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Support training and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have 3–5 or more years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in client account management and recruitment consulting is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR or recruitment systems.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
